Each week during the season, we will practice on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-7:30 pm. These are mandatory. Please be ready to practice and already stretched at 5:30. Bring: Water, Bible, and yoga mat (or towel) What to wear: Black approved Shorts, Chant shirt, Cheer bow, Sneakers or cheer shoes
